At EVIL GREED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unused and original-condition merchandise. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and that vinyl records or CDs remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your package to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that apparel is unwashed and media items are unopened to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
